• Avatar and activity photos: Stored on Amazon Web Services (AWS) S3 with encryption
• Authentication tokens: Stored locally on your device using iOS Keychain (encrypted)

• Password hashing using bcrypt
• Secure token-based authentication

Third-Party Services

We share data with the following third-party services:

• Amazon Web Services (AWS): For secure storage of avatar images and activity photos
• Apple: For Sign in with Apple authentication and in-app purchase processing
• SendGrid: For sending transactional emails (password reset, email verification)

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time through the App settings.

Upon account deletion:

• Your profile information is permanently deleted
• Your avatar and uploaded photos are removed from our servers
• Your activity history within groups may be anonymized but retained for group statistics
